In accordance with Australian Privacy Principle 13, individuals have the right to request correction of their personal information. If you believe any personal information we hold about you is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant, or misleading, you can request a correction by following this process:

- Provide details — Describe the information you believe is incorrect and provide the corrected information you would like us to update.
- Verification — We will verify your identity before actioning the request.
- Processing — We will process and respond to your correction request within 30 days of receipt.
- Third party notification — If we have disclosed the incorrect information to any third parties, we will take reasonable steps to notify those third parties of the correction.
- Confirmation — We will provide you with written confirmation once the correction has been made.
There is no charge for requesting a correction of your personal information.
Summary of our APP 13 commitments: We will process your correction request within 30 days. We will notify any third parties to whom we have disclosed the information of the correction. Correction requests are processed within 30 days and third parties are notified of corrections.
If we refuse to correct your information, we will provide you with written reasons and advise you of your right to request a statement be associated with the information noting the correction you sought.
There is no charge for making a request, however we may charge a reasonable fee for providing access if your request requires significant effort to process.
